About Hotel Totara

Hotel Totara is a comfortable and welcoming hotel located in Masaki, one of Dar es Salaam's most desirable and convenient neighborhoods.

Designed for both business and leisure travelers, Hotel Totara offers comfortable accommodation, friendly service, and a relaxing environment where guests can feel at home throughout their stay.

Our Masaki location provides convenient access to business areas, restaurants, cafés, shopping, entertainment, and many of Dar es Salaam's popular destinations, making Hotel Totara an excellent base for both short visits and longer stays.

Whether you are visiting Dar es Salaam for business, a holiday, or an extended stay, our goal is simple: to provide a clean, comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable experience at good value.

This website is the official online home of Hotel Totara. It provides our guest self-service portal — where guests can identify themselves, view their loyalty points and stay history, update their contact details, and see current promotions — alongside the digital tools our front desk and management team use every day to run the hotel smoothly and deliver fast, friendly service.

It is built and maintained in-house by the Hotel Totara team in Dar es Salaam, for two audiences: our guests, who can manage their stay and loyalty rewards from any phone, and our staff, who use it to handle bookings, payments, housekeeping, and guest requests.
